I'm sure this topic is one that gets constantly revisited but I can't seem to find another thread so I'll just start another.

Like the title asks, tell about the contents of your quiver.

    For deer:

I have a 5 arrow quiver I stock it with 3 broadheads and 2 blunt tips.

This year I think I may just take the broadheads and leave the blunts at home.

    For turkey:

    I haven't decided yet.

As many as the quiver holds. 4-5 in most cases.

My quiver is FULL, at 3. But, I hear that's a bit abnormal.

Up until this year I always used a 5 arrow Tightspot. I changed and bought a 3 arrow Tightspot so it will be 3 this season.

I prefer 4 myself, but my Tightspot is 5 so that's what's in there. I used a 4 arrow Kwikee for years and got used to it I guess. I've used up 3 on one hunt before, 2 deer, 1 spined needing a 2nd shot from the stand.

I remember back when we had bow quivers that would hold 8-12 arrows. I think that Martin had one that would hold 16 if memory serves.

This may come back to haunt you. You should ALWAYS have a "finishing off" arrow if the need arises. It will some day.

I bring 4 arrows in to hunt with, if I need more than that I belong on the practice range and not in the woods.

No real rhyme or reason but I carry 5. Probably because that's what my quiver holds. 1-2 may be tipped with a small game head depending on where I am hunting.
