WTF are you talking about? 78 average isn't a measure of intelligence, wisdom, or anything other than caring about taking tests. Grab her up and have as much fun as the law allows (and then some) while you're still young!

I'm not entirely sure how old you are, but I'm assuming a few things: 1. You're in high school (the girl is in your lunch and the dance) 2. Planning on going to college (assumption made from the academic comments) 3. Possibly live at home... Alright here's the deal, when you evaporate from the lands of high school and become involved in college life, away from the rents, you do NOT NEED a girlfriend. You may want the cuddly, affection, appreciation that you can feel from a relationship but not only is there much more than that to a relationship... placing a whole lot of emphasis on those things can keep you from experiencing everything that life (and college life) have to offer. I realized after, well... a couple of hours into my freshman year, that a girlfriend probably wasn't going to work out very well. There are waaaay too many freedoms (free time, other girls, adventure, hunting... you name it) that you will probably only be able to experience for a short time in your life before you have to enter the stereotypical "real world." So, in short. Don't get too caught up in "girlfriends," get caught up in life and what that has to offer. GO FOR IT, just because she has a 78 average doesn't mean that she's not good at "other things" You pickin' up what I'm layin' down here? There are a 1,000 other girls that you meet and like for 1,000 different reasons... don't shield yourself from meeting all them because you have a "girlfriend." And for Pete's sake, DON'T LET YOUR MOM PICK YOUR GIRLS!!!!!! You don't have to take my advice, but I promise... I (like a lot of other guys on here) have been there.
You don't want a girlfriend that is smarter than you... she already will think she's always right... so if she's smarter than you, she probably will be!
