I'm wondering how long it's been since everyone shot their last buck?

If it's been a while, why do you think you haven't shot one?

For me it was back in 2009.... I'm a bit overdue

I've been focused on chasing some bigger boys, but only had the opportunity to pass on smaller bucks a handful of time. Most of which were last year.

I haven't shot one yet. The reason is because I'm still very new to archery and Bowhunting. Hopefully I will take down my first one this year. (3rd season) I've got a lot of bucks back home that I hope to connect with but I'll be taking my shot on some public land first.

I'm ashamed to say I feel your pain Fitz (no offense). No one to blame except me though. I've had my opportunities, just haven't sealed the deal as I should have.

Alright, so I shot one last year, but we weren't able to find it for 2 days, and when we did find it, its head was cut off. I don't know to vote as I've never shot one, or Last year 2012. I don't really count it as a buck kill though.

I've been blessed enough to kill 5 bucks. 4 being with a bow. This will be my 7th year hunting. Very blessed.

I have shot at least one four years in a row with a bow. My success has went up since I started designating stands for different time periods of the year and sticking to that plan.

    Fortunately just this past
2012 season I shot a nice 10 point and I'm hoping to keep it going this season.

I have shot a buck every year since I started bowhunting in 2008, I have been very lucky so far. I'll do my best to keep it up.

2011 for me. Pretty picky when it comes to bucks. I passed on a lot of "gutone4me class" bucks. :p I did fill all my doe tags.

I've been fortunate enough to harvest 5 bucks in my hunting adventures. Nothing big and amazing and all those with firearms. Last season was my first with a bow, got a doe, hopefully this year I can connect on my first bow buck and a few does. :D

I shot one last year, but it was with a rifle, so I guess 2011! Got this one on the list this year though.

I'm fortunate enough to get to hunt some great properties with tons of deer so I'm having a hard time remembering when I haven't shot a buck. I usually end up filling my first archery buck tag and my firearms buck tag but have never filled my last archery buck tag , need to work on that :)

If bulls count then 15 days... Lol

If deer only then 08-11 I had a four year streak going... Didn't even get in a treestand last fall except two short sits. Just too busy that time of year lately to get out much.

Haven't shot a buck since 2010, a 9 point. Self imposed restrictions, holding out for an 8 point or better. Had two I hunted hard, an 8 and a 10, and saw several times last year but never had the shot I wanted. Passed on some smaller ones by choice. I have been lucky enough to harvest at least one doe for each season that I have been able to bow hunt. As I have aged, it's more about the hunt than the kill.
