Nothing like a cold Wisconsin amber while working from home and watching a blizzard outside. Life is good.

It's kinda sticky subject for us. There is no specific corp. policy, so it ends up being left up to department managers. We used to just be able to call it a sick day(which are not really recorded unless someone is abusing it), but now they charge us a vacation day. I personally think that is crap because some of us live in rural areas and travel a good distance to work, while some live in town, have their roads plowed for them. There have been several time where i spend 4 hours using my 30hp tractor and a rear blade to open my road. The worst is when the wind is blowing and it just drifts right over my road.
