Was working on my launcher arm for hitting my vanes, so cut some of the arm off where it was hitting. Works great now. But I've never did a walk back tune. So how does this look?
That looks pretty good. Shoot some fixed blade broadheads when you can to confirm it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Google French Tune. I've always used walk back, but I like the french tune idea. I'm going to try it the next time I change equpiment.
Yes do a full french tune to make sure your rest is darn near perfect. I usually french tune and then I'll do a walkback to really check to make sure its slowly not creeping in one direction. Getting this to near perfect will really help with minimal adjustments once you broadhead tune as well.
Picture is blurry. My question is why did you have to cut the launcher arm to keep from hitting the vanes. Sounds like something isn't right with your set-up. Curious as to what your set-up is. Sounds like a timing issue.
Nitrum Turbo 65# 30"DL Maxima Reds 411gr Apache Carbon Rest I've had 2 shops look at it & no one could tell me. The shop I deal with all the time said it could be the width of the arm, he called it a whale tail. I just got through French tuning it & it has tuned out great. Haven't shot it at 20 & farther yet. Have to get some work done right now. I'll do that later.
