I also bring in some extra cash by fletching customers and friends arrows before season. I'm starting to trap as well, don't plan to make money but hope it does pay for itself.

I've been doing construction in the summer for the last 5 years, and run a logo design/vinyl graphics business year round to help pay the bills.

In a little over 2 weeks I'll have my Bachelors in Business Administration, it'll be fun to see where that takes me.

I sell clinical chemistry and immunoassay systems into acute-care hospitals. Basically, what that means is if your doctor -- or you present at an ED (emergency department) -- orders a test(s), ranging from tumor markers for cancer or a cardiac panel to determine if you're having an MI... those tests will be ran on a clin chem or IA instrument. That's what I sell.

I also write a few feature stories here and there for bowhunting magazines...

Well, not really great business right now. LOL I have one friend that does body work on cars in his back yard. HE likes to do it. Let's say he makes a great tax free living on the side. Another buddy does old radios and tubes around the world. He makes more than the average joe does in 2 years...with his hobbie.

I build roads for access...ponds for fish and wildlife...plant trees, plots and trails for wildlife...run all kinds of heavy and light equipment...I do forestry...survey property and cutting boundaries...logging occassionally...cut lumber on a sawmill...rebuild/remodel cabins(with our own wood)...All this on and for a total of 11+ sq miles of what else??? -Hunting properties!!! (for the most part...also built a trap&skeet range and shooting range...only thing we can't hunt is the grouse, at least 'til after the Boss has got his hunting in) -also have a couple private lakes to patrol and do "fish surveys" on.
