How can you not like this sport... 2 guys come out of the penalty box for jaw jacking and immediately drop gloves and duke it out.

"Watson and Stewart each get two minutes for unsportsmanlike conduct with 2:17 left in the first."

"Stewart and Watson fight as soon as they exit the box."

    I love it.

one of the few teams remaining to only have 60 games played and leading the west, they better beat Chicago in the playoffs!

I realize that... But the Hawks are just getting hot.

They are very evenly matched, but with the moves the Wild just made, they are all in. I see them as the better team overall (which their record proves).

Just hope the Wild don't have to play a game 7.

Hawks are always good, but Wild look a little better this year. The new prick that Minnesota got does not look like much of a skater, but 6'6" in the middle kicking *** might help cant hurt. I could take an *** kicking from the Wild, but not St Louis again.

Minnesota Hockey at the college and pro level, second place. Not ripping at all just saying I have been there saw that between the Bulldogs and Gophers and North Stars I would rather be surprised than disappointed again at this point.

Hope it's not serious... But I just had to laugh at this title. "And Bumps into his leg." [IMG]

I have played hockey since I was 4. I played thru high school and then after my stint in the marine corps I played 2 years in college at university of southern Maine. I have coached 3 current NHL players when I went to Sweden and Finland in 2007 to coach a group of then 14 year olds for a 10 day tournament. The game is being pussified (I don't know if that is even a word)and is getting tougher and tougher to watch for me.

Way to go Jake, making fun of KD. The guy has structural damage to his knee. :)

I read "bump" and had to post. Always terrible when something like that happens. Kind of like when AD (AP) tore his ligaments.

In hockey news... Ryan White and Hanzal in 2 games with the Wild. 2 assists and 2 goals. Let's keep this going Wild!

Detroit has traded four players this week and all we have got are picks in future drafts....like 7th round picks. Ken Holland is a joke as a GM these days. You can re-build a team but not smart starting from scratch.

#6Hunter you're making it sound worse than it is. It would suck to lose your best offensive player, but you're getting 11 picks and 6 in the first 3 rounds. I think you already know that nobody feels sorry for a red wings fan.
