    Fried over medium in bacon grease. But, I'll eat them just about any way. Love omelettes, egg sandwich's, Keish, and my favorite would be the farmer burger. Which consists of a hamburger, a sausage patty and an over medium egg.

    I will eat an egg anyway you offer it...Over Easy being my least favorite though.

    I usually just scramble them or fry them hard for convenience.

    I succumbed to the call of the eggs for breakfast. Ham and habanero-cheddar omlet, side of toast with grape jelly and coffee.

    Sounds pretty good!! Steak and eggs is a classic so I can see that working. What happens if your straight when you eat it? Does it turn you :dan:?

    ROFL! Nope! I want to make sure that everyone understands to use an over easy egg so the yolk drizzles down onto the burger....sooooooo good!

    Over easy or poached are my favs but will eat eggs anyway they get put on the plate. I'm not picky.. I like to throw some franks red hot on my over easy eggs every once in a while and dip the toast in the yolk. Mmmmmm.

    Definitely love some Eggs Benedict.
