    I like over easy. Eggs whites with ketchup and the runny yokes gets wiped up with toast. Love it.

    I've heard eggs Benedict is hard to make correctly. A guy made them once at a hunting camp I was at and they were pretty good but not great. Not sure if he was making them correctly.
