Just wondering where you hook on to your bow when you hoist it up to your stand.

    Cam? Limbs? Elsewhere.

I've always strung it up to my Cam but for whatever reason this year I'm scared I'm going to screw up the cam by doing that...

I use the cam. If you're that worried about it, hook it to your wrist strap or D-loop.

I usually do the cam also. Sometimes the upper limb.

Cam as well - I feel like it can slip too much on the string or other parts of the bow. I have been doing it for years and no problems.

When in a tree I'll either tie on to the cam or the limb.

I have a D-ring at one end of the rope and then tied a loop about 6 inches above that in the rope. Clip the D-ring to the loop and pull up. That way there's no metal to metal contact for rubbing or noise.

I use paracord for the rope, tie a loop in it, go through the riser then over the stabilizer. I had a clip break once and I watched my then new to me bow fall 15 feet to the ground. I no longer use clips LOL.

Loop on end of rope, rope thru bottom split limbs and over stabilizer. Hoist.

I use a the same except I use an "S" hook and then coat it and the last 2" of rope with Dip-It. No issues in 15+ years.
