You're married? Well there goes my theory that you are under the age of 16. I was cutting you some slack because I figured you were a kid.

The math just doesn't work for a well placed shot on a deer at 13 yards. Some very loose back of the envelope math...

Deer can't jump downward, they can fall at the speed of gravity as a top speed. At best, 13yds with a 200fps bow would take the arrow like .2seconds to reach the deer. Assuming the deer has an instantaneous reaction speed (0.00seconds, which they don't), they could only fall like 7.5", max in the .2secs. If this was a >Monster< and a perfect shot, loosely aimed at the bottom third of the vital organs and you were using a relatively modern compound bow (well over 200fps), you would've almost had to have connected.

Ergo, BS, the math don't work as we are led to believe in the unicorns pooping rainbows story.

I thought he was too. Now he is just some dumbass that thinks he knows everything and is great at everything he does. Dude welcome to the sport but please RTFF and learn a few things before you do some serious damage. Good luck

I never said it was perfect shot. If it was I'd be at the taxidermist. You can play internet Einstein all you want but I was there. Side to side it was just behind his shoulder. Up and down I was a bit high. I estimate I would have hit him 6-8 inches under his spine but because he ducked it went over him. From that range on the ground he might've heard the bow or seen it. They aren't trying to duck an arrow, they're getting low to take off, in this case spin 360.

My bow is a mathews mission craze. Which they rate at 306fps. Since fps ratings are all measured at 30in draw and 70lbs. And considering I'm @ 28in and 51lbs I'm not shooting the full 306fps and for all I know I mightve hit a twig too. I dunno.

Don't worry buddy, I got him for you. :D

He was tricky this time - posting from a Sprint wireless device using a different IP. Unfortunately the Sprint IP is still registered in the same town in KS as the rest of his IP's.

    Thanks for playing Verne!
