I am looking at the Trophy Ridge static series stabilizers... I would like to pick one up for my bow... How do i know what length to get? Does it matter or does it come down to personal preference as to what length to buy??
Personally I would go longer. But try them out and see which you like more Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
You should probably go with a 6-8 in one. Anything longer would be pretty cumbersome in a stand or blind I think. And anything shorter is a decoration.
I have an eight inch and it is nowhere near cumbersome in the stand. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
And as long as all the weight is at the front it and your Bow already has a natural forward balance a shorter one would still help Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Do you have to disagree with everything I say? I'm just offering my opinion. That's what I think about the topic.
Well after consulting with my uncle, a few friends and doing a bit of research I chose to purchase a Trophy Ridge static 9" stabilizer so here's to waiting for its arrival and using it
No answer to yoir question. All you can do is try a few and see which one you like best. Sent from my BNTV600 using Tapatalk 4
I thought so too... I wanted to run a camo one but really couldnt justify $15 extra just for a color so I got black
I personally think hunting stabilizers don't help much if any! Most modern bows really don't even need them. There are a number of fellas around here that don't even use one and they shoot better then I do!
I have noticed I shoot a tad better with a 8-10" stab, vs anything under 6". I think you will be happy with that purchase.
Sorry wasn't trying to disagree just wanted to let the op know that he could use a slightly shorter stabilizer without much consequence if he didn't want something as long Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Do most of your stands have the bar in front?most of my stands don't thats probably why Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
