I set up tonight on the edge of a little pine grove in my woods, about 25-30yds from a path that has a lot of rubs and I've seen quite a few deer. I see a doe move along the ridge one the other side of the bottom (about 150-200yds away, then I see this coyote come walking up onto the ridge and proceed to just keep walking up the ridge right to me until he's about 10yds away, I wasn't able to turn and get the shot on him, but it was pretty cool. This is the 7th Coyote I've seen in this specific area in the last 2 weeks!!! One gut shot, presumed dead, one I missed, the rest I've not shot at either because of not good opportunities or this situation, being busted on the draw. Pretty cool though. They are a very pretty animal and fun to observe, but also a very NASTY animal. Anybody else hunting amongst the "hunters????"
