I certainly did. And that video was never linked here (it was found by those snooping about me before I ever linked anything here).

That's all good, but then don't be surprised when others ask generic questions to public statements. Or supply differing knowledge to yours. I'm not nitpicking this thread, but the history of your time here.

As someone said above, they "made a mistake as they are not a scientist". I AM a scientist. I know the answer to many questions. I have never said a single thing bad or made any statements about their products. The closes thing I ever did was say the moving camera concept is likely a loser, but as I am quite proficient in electronic design and I don't have a dog in the fight, I'd say that was no worse than anyone else's opinion.

And no one has yet pointed to anything in this thread that I said that was attacking anyone's product. It just isn't there. However, I can point to name-calling and such that seems to be just dandy. I know for a fact I would not be able to do the same.

I suggest we all stop snipping and get back to talking about cameras, pictures, and deer. :tu:

But I'm new around here. Don't want to step on toes or nothin.

This is great. I'm just concerned that the knowledge you share sometimes is missing tact. How & when you present it has as much to do with how information is perceived as the information itself.

Again, I have asked for examples from this thread, sincerely.

Well, how You stated "I AM a scientist" ... lacks tact.

You're missing the point Brian. It's not about this thread. As I said, its the whole history of conflict. You didn't like people making comparisons and were offended when they (by nature) tried to. I then suggested to all parties that it's best to stay out of eachother's threads. Now, here we are in a thread about a specific product and you happen pick out part of an particular statement to "correct" .... it's just bad taste.

If you want more clarification, why don't you PM me. We can let this thread try and get back on track.

How come deer mineral posts always get so off topic?

Anyways, Tom answered/offered tips to the guys question pertaining to Toms product. No need to bring up other products into this. (Boly Media guy is good for doing that. Group or not, that guy is a whole different story I am not getting into).

I have had a mineral block under a pine tree and the deer dug a hole from what washed off. I tried a small bag of powdered mineral and it seemed not to get hit as much as the block.

One thing I used to do is weed wack a trail to the mineral spot. Deer follow the path of least resistance.

The only thing I will say as since you have said I was not inappropriate in this thread that the accusations and name calling by others ceases in the future. Again, I would not get away with it. Thank you.

Hmm who knows, may be acidic an horrible may not. may depend on a specific pine tree species maybe more/less acidic then another pursay an cause this.

Maybe it has nothin to do with acidic soil at all an all of us are missin somethin. but until theres an actual "Scientific Study" we wont know for sure.

Christ....this is nuts...anyway I will say that I love my monster raxx results and will use nothing else from this point on having tried multiple others....mine is getting hit really hard (ill post some pics in a thread when I get a chance) and it is smack dab in between some pine trees with a old pine log laying in the middle of the site....I dont know anything about soil....but I do know pines are not affecting my results in a negative sense

Thanks...yeah as I stated I dont know anything about soil or pines or minerals for that matter...the only thing I did after poor results with other products is rough up the ground and loosen up the soil real well (a good 2-3 inches deep in about a 6x6 square) then dumped the minrrals all around the ground and on that log you see in my pics...set the camera and off I went....hopefully u figure it out and it picks up for ya....regardless please keep us informed
