    Perk test complete. Results returned. Septic system being installed this week. Ok, I'm really getting excited! It's been so long since we started this journey that I've kind of fallen back into routine and forgotten that I own a home. This woke me up for sure!

    The wife flew back to California today to work on the close of that house and we had our offer accepted on the house in Texas.
