Hey guys was looking for some input on the Horton Vision 175. my grandfather is looking to buy a crossbow, he came across the vision with its innovative reverse limb design and says that's what he's buying! I thought I would give you guys a shout considering you know much more about the horizontal stuff than he or I! thanks kyle
really guys? nothing? you havent heard anything, seen anything, experienced anything? haha any feed back would be good!
there must be some! a whole forum dedicated to crossbows with 52 pages of threads, i figured someone would have some thoughts!
175 Drivetracks, I have never shot one but will admit it is an interesting looking piece of equipment. Never talked to anyone who has used one. I persponally think it's a marketing gimmick but who knows. The way it's configured I'd probably shoot myself. Good luck
For the money there's better bows out there myself I won't shoot anything other then an Excalibur they are tough as hell an easy to maintain --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=36.090134,-95.893639
My father in law bought a Vision, right after I bought a Parker Tornado. I can tell you that it is much quieter than mine...keeping in mind that no crossbows are truly quiet. I thought the Tornado had good balance, until I picked up the Vision. Horton has discontinued the Vision, and is making two new reverse-limb crossbows. There may be some good deals to be had on a Vision.
