Horned doe antler growth

    Here are two pics of the horned doe I’ve been watching. Looks like her antler is still growing as of Oct 3. Still in velvet.

    It will probably stay that way. Somewhere i have a pic i saved, might have even been from this sight of a guy that killed a real nice racked one. Stand by for possible pic drop lol

    here it is. Like i said i dont know this guy but saved the pic cause i thought it was cool. Supposedly this is a doe.

    Wow, her rack is huge! I guess I need to look up in the regs if I would need to punch my buck tag on her or if my doe tag would work?

    every state I hunt in an 'antlered deer' is an 'antlered deer' regardless of plumbing.

    Here in Colorado and antlerless deer is either a female with no antlers or a young male with antlers less than 5 inches. I’m thinking her horn by now looks longer than 5 inches?
