    It was great meeting up with a few of you at the show.

    I have to agree that Iowa is doing things right with managing their deer and hunting seasons. But I think Mother Nature has to be given some credit too. Rich fertile soils and a few mild winters lately have helped. They have had a lot of snow this year, and it will interesting to see how this affects the survival of worn down bucks and how fast they bounce back this year.
