    I used the roller made specifically for the restore product but I had to brush it out after. Mainly to fill in the places the roller couldn't cover and smooth the roughness of the product.

    Ok, just making sure you didn't have some secret application method. :) I'm doing the same project now.

    I sure hope you pressure washed your deck with a cleaning solution ( bleach ) before applying that...

    We did but the pressure washer was getting deep into the wood by itself so I don't think it would matter. The mold was gone.
