Hooker's metrosexual thread of the week

Does this panting look too big for this spot? I'm having a hard time deciding if it makes the space seem too cramped.

I figured I'd ask all you interior design experts.

In my expert opinion, yeah, its a little too big. I think you could find a better option. Do you have a smaller one you could put up for reference? That would help.

I know you're vain, but whats up with the mirror over the tub?

 

I feel like it would be perfect if it was just the center part without the border.

Well, when you want to get romantic and all, lighting candles and dimming the lights, the mirror reflects the light back across the water. It's cool.

And well, because, you know, we like watching ourselves...

 

In that case...smaller painting, bigger mirror.

I am also in agreement with your 1st statement hooker, the center of the painting with out the border would be perfect size. But as is, I think leaving the picture there is better than taking it down, the place would be too bare then.

I also like the offset chandelier.

 

Everything is wrong with that picture. THis one can be had on Ebay for next to nothing.

 

Something tells me there would be a lot more sex going on in that tub if you used that photo.

Yup, too big. There isn't enough space for your eye to rest around it. Just plain too big for that space.

 

Do people still use the word "metrosexual"? Seems very early 2000's to me.

And yes, the photo is too big for that spot. Very overwhelming.

 

I like it. So much beauty and angst caught in one moment. My wife might take too many baths alone with that picture though...

Wow, I don't know what to say except WTH?? How did a Midget get that picture up there in the first place??? Gotta be a midget, otherwise we'd be getting a who the hell mounted this damned thing that hangs from my ceiling that I just busted my head on, because I'm gonna KILL 'EM type thread!!!

Okay, I'm finished.... And yes, the picture looks too large and out of place. Should have invested your money into MORE TILE....

However some mounted carp or gar would look most fabulous in that spot!

 

There are only 3 reasons why I am in a bathroom. Looking at pictures isn't one of them. If there is soap, shampoo, shaving cream, TP and a ****ter... you can hang anything you want in there. As long as that big ugly picture doesn't fall off and kill me while I cleanse myself... we're good.

A picture of Vito would be creepy though.
