Yeah I'm not picky about the name either. I was on Team 12- Top Pin Terrors last year.

Opening day in missouri is September 15th. I hunt in Lincoln county along the Mississippi River. I don't have any pics yet farm has been underwater most of the summer. Good news is water is down and I was able to plant several food plots. Same thing happen last year and had several good bucks hanging around and I took a nice 141" 9pt. Hopefully they come back this year as well.

Sounds like a pretty solid team excited to be on board.

I appreciate the nomination for Captain and if no one else is willing I can do (done it last two yeas) but be nice to take this one off and let someone else wrangle up everyone

Well...in the past I've come up with some of my favorite names but just some random crap that came to mind:

- Chasin' Tail 4 Days
- Honovi Hunters (Honovi is the Hopi word for "strong deer")
- Treetop Terrors
- Antler Addicts (this one may have been used last year...not sure)
- Livin' 4 The Fall

If I were to put forth just one for a team vote I would probably say Honovi Hunters as I'm a fan of unique.

- Fletched To Kill

 

Thanks for almost accepting the nomination , wouldn't really kill me to figure out what all is involved in being a team captain as I plan to be here a long time but I FULLY support your nomination

"Honovi Hunters" works for me , I say we see how much support that name has and then go from there .

 

Honestly being el captain of the team really just means getting everyone involved as much as possible. I would always do weekly update messages to everyone with any team news (guys harvests, stories or what not), reminder to check in and post updates in the team thread and reminder's over and over again to make sure to take extra pictures at time of harvest with bow

Oh and obviously should there be any need to reach out to Fitz you would be the one to do so.

I'm just glad it looks like an active team so far, I've been on teams that our name could have been...the crickets, because that's what the thread sounded like. Also I'll add to what ty said anyone that wants to exchange cell # s pm me.

I have done it the past couple of years. If we can come up with an idea I can get something started.

 

I have no objections to JLS being "El Capitano" and I think Honovi Hunters is a pretty frickin sweet name!!

I am no expert by any means but I can give it a try. I do have a backup with my sister. Her degree is in some sort of graphic design. Some times you just have to ask for a favor.

I'm sure no whiz with this dang computer . I was educated on them back in 85 .... they pulled a trailer full of them up to our school and taught us how to turn them on and off .... said we was computer literate and I never strived to achieve more
