Checking in fellas, see some familiar as well as some unknown names.

I hail from the Northern portion of Indiana and will be also going to Kansas for the first time ever hunting outside IN this Halloween. Got some decent bucks running around and it is setting up to be a great year.

I live in Eastern Nebraska but hunt out in Western Nebraska. We have got some shooters on camera this year hoping to have a great year.

When does everyone's season start? Nebraska's moved to September 1st this year so have a possibility of getting a buck in velvet.

So far this year I have a few bucks that I am really going to focus in on and may be passing on some that I would typically shoot. Along with hunting here in Michigan on my lease I will also be making trips down to Ohio, and a possibility of Texas later on in the season.
Michigan starts Oct. 1st and Ohio opens up Sept. 27th

I think mine starts around the 13th of September... I will just say up front, the chances of me shooting a big deer is pretty slim. I do hunt ohio with a possibility, but I like to KILL too much. Sorry lol

No apologies necessary. I hunt for meat first then bucks.

Ty-Looks like you will be the anchor for the team because I don't see you loosing to the Kansas boys in back to back years.

Exactly what he said, biggest complaint is when people only check in twice. Other than that I could care less if you knock down a 150 or a fork horn. Ty are u just doing DIY when you go to kansas or do you have a hook up?

I hope so bud, got some great things moving around these Northern IN parts....not to mention if I don't have anything down come Halloween I'll be hunting Kansas Giants!

I have been given a chance to hunt some private ground that I absolutely couldn't turn down...still pinching myself that it is real, I am sure I'll be grinning all the way out there come the trip. God is good, whether I score one or not I can't wait to hunt the giants out there!

Im jealous  I was going to try and get a Kansas tag and hunt there this year but then a elk trip came up that I couldnt turn down so next year hopefully. Does this private land have to do with a member on here??
