Honey Crisp Apple Tendorloins

    Thaw Inner Loins
    Slice into 2 in pieces

    1 Tablespoon (TS) - Salt
    1 TS - Ground Pepper
    2 TS - Brown Sugar
    2 TS - Maple Smoke
    1 TS - Garlic Powder
    1 TS - Onion Powder
    1/2 TS Old bay (Optional we put old bay on everything in MD)

    Enough Honey to make nice think paste

    Apply marinate, refrigerate @ least 8 hrs

    Pay fry on medium in light olive oil 1 min per side ...enough to sear (Cover top)
    Add one 12oz Shock Top HoneyCrisp Apple Beer
    Let it sizzle 3-4 min

    I thought it was amazing !

    sounds pretty dang good, ill have to give that a try. How do u think it would turn out with venison steaks.

    Pretty much the same thing ! Add 30-45sec per side depending how think you like them and how you like your steak cooked.

    Mixed in with some whole wheat pasta, Alfredo sauce, and tuna. Lunch an dinner ...very good !

    I literally didn't read....but honey crisp apples are the absolute best!
