Haha the look on the bears face was great. He was like "damn I'm busted".

No chance I'm staying quiet that long once he starts up the ladder.

    Um, fresh pants please.
Pretty sure the ladder would have been shaking enough under my boots the bear would have fallen off. Great encounter though

Once he got all four off the ground I would of took the sidearm out and yelled at him.

Yeah I think I would've been hollering at him the moment he started up the ladder. Bears are so cool.

I dont always hunt black bears but when I do i let them climb my ladder stand so I can wrestle them to the ground and make them tap out :tu:

    Lmao.
If I were there and he had gotten that far up the ladder. He would've been having a golden shower.

Supposedly the guy making the video was deer hunting. I probably would have to sat there for a few hours to get the adrenaline to stop pumping after the bear left.

Honestly I've been put In that situation 4 different times. All 4 times It happened (bear climbed my tree) he was with In a foot of me. They were just curious, their smeller gets the best of them. I never said a word to any of these bear when they were up the tree. I was pretty nervous the 1st few times It happened but the last couple times It started to get to be the norm. lol! Of the 4 that have climbed my tree 3 of them later got an arrow In them standing at the bait resulting In dead bear.

For some reason having a black bear climb into a tree with me doesn't sound very scary at all. I think I would find it amusing.

I 'hunted' bear in Maine for six days straight and by day five was perfectly fine with the idea of being mauled by a bear if it meant a bear would actually show up. :D That was the most boring hunting of my life. :(
