I'm wanting to make a homemade ground blind, I'm thinking about using pvc piping and a tarp / burlap / fabric.
If I just spray everything down with scent free spray will it be ok? Would tarp be ok to use? Would it be noisy?
Any helpful info on what to use when making a blind will help.

I guess is depends on whether this is a fixed position or something you plan on moving, disassembling at the end of the year. I've seen some permanent blinds made with tarp over wood. PVC should work if you get thicker schedule 40. how noisy the tarp is depends on what kind you get. But given the cost of fittings, tarp, etc, seems you may end up spending as much as a discount store bought.
