Homemade Baking Pan Anti-Theft Camera Bracket?

    Have any of you guys ever tried this? I've read about it on the web, but never tried it. Seems like a great simple idea if you lag-bolt the pan to the tree, then use a Python lock to secure the camera inside.

    Anyone ever try it? Want to put a cam or two on some public land for the first time and thought I might try it, but wanted to ask you folks for thoughts before I tear up one of Wifey's baking pans...

    I can't see what you are trying to post but let me say nothing is completely theft-proof. You can make it difficult but if they really want it, they will get it. What you are doing by using security boxes or other devices is keeping an honest man honest.
