I have not bowhunted or shot a bow in about 15 years. My bow was a Jennings (t-star i think) that was made around 1989-or so. So, kids getting out of my hair and I need something more to do. Wow has the archery world changed. Bought a cheapy (that cost more than double my t-star) at Cabelas and some carbon arrows and proceeded to discover I can hit a freakin target pretty well out to 30 yards. Haven't tried any further yet. Anyhow, I got set up to hunt at a friends little farm and I'm seeing deer every time I'm out. I am having an absolute blast doing this and now I'm kicking myself for not keeping up with this through the years. Last night I blew a chance at a 6 point buck but oh well. Anyways, thought I'd do the introductory post finally.
