My entertainment industry connections tell me Robert Wagner is going to be indicted for Natalie's murder...that the cops have probable cause. You heard it here first.

They can bring up charges but he will be found innocent. The Defense will focus on the fact that the witnesses didn't come forward during the previous investigation and the Defense will attack the Boat Captain's integrity. Also, one must factor that voluntary and involuntary manslaughter both have a statute limitation of three years under California law so the best bet for him being charged would have been if someone brought up all of these current claims 27 years ago. However, he could be charged for first degree murder but there are no witnesses that saw him commit the crime and it will be all but impossible to prove without reasonable doubt.

They will most likely not even bring up charges, if they do it will cost a crippled state a fortune to prosecute and they will not win the case as I see it....
