Hobnobing w/rich....

It's 95 degrees outside with high humidity and the drummer from the band Slipknot asked if he could come out and go fishing. He's here fishing and myself being old and tired am sitting inside enjoying the air conditioning!

Stupid question-but how do you know him???

 

He went to high school with the grandson of a WWII veteran who was my idol and fishing buddy. The Veteran's grandson started fishing w/me after Glenn passed on to Eternal Watch. Yesterday, he asked if the two of them could come down to fish.

Chris is a very nice guy. He had a blast and says that crappie in the picture with him is the biggest one he's ever caught.

Thanks Silver. That pond is now going over the emergency spillway after getting another 2" of rain this morning.

I don't know, are you? Chris Fehn is the drummer for Slipknot.

 

I thought it was Joey Jordison no?

 

I Know in April 1997, he replaced percussionist Greg Welts in the band then in April 2010, it was announced that Fehn will be playing bass for the band.

 

He still plays the drums too. W/death of Paul Gray, he may move over to bass for their upcoming cd "Two". I'll ask him when he comes back down tomorrow.

 

Chris called - There are 3 drummers in Slipknot and he is one of them. Tomorrow we're going over to an ATV park and ride.

 

ATV ride got cancelled due to the rain, so this evening Shawn Crahan and Chris are coming down to fish.
