Hit the river with my dad this past weekend. We celebrate my birthday and fathers day each year with a striper fishing float. We caught some green fish but the silver is still avoiding me on artificial. Did some filming too. The highlight of the float was getting swarmed by wasps while hanging the GoPro on a logjam. It wasn't fun at the time but it sure is funny to watch now.
Dad batted a solid 1000 against the wasps haha.

Oh that sucks! I hate wasps! I rode over a nest in the ground when I was a kid on my bike and got lit up. Ever since, I've killed every one I can find. We get the paper wasps building the nests on the house eves every year and I climb up there and spray them always making sure I have a quick escape route just in case.

As a house painter, it seems to be everyday, all summer long.

I hate wasps but the white faced bumble bees, that actually chase you............ NASTY!!!!!!!

Bumble bees are harmless. If you're referring to the bald faced hornet. Then YOWZA

They look like a bumble bee except they have a white face and they do not stop once they lock in on you!
I watched two of my guys run about 300 yards, across an open field to try and escape them.

They don't light you up. They knock you down and drag you back to the queen.

Man that was funny! I didn't watch when I commented earlier because I was in a meeting at work and just came across the post. I'd have just Air Jordan'd it and grabbed the camera into the water rather than knock down the nest. That was ballsy!!! Nice video too by the way! Haha!

    No way man!
However, if the rock had been covered in black widows or brown recluse spiders... the gopro would still be filming an endless flow of kayakers ha.
