I just installed the HIT inserts on my 400 FMJ's... What type of field point do I need to get? None of the ones that I have will fit. (I use 125 gr.) My BH all fit, ok. I believe it is the part of the field point that is not threaded, is to big to fit into the insert... Thanks, J.

I just went thru this as I have a new setup The Easton practice points ( lookin at the package)come in two size 17/64 or 9/32 both have the 125 grain option
They both take a 8/32 thread My old points would not fit
I use the 50 grain hit insert and the 9/32 100 grain practice point with a 28" Hexx arrow hope this helps

You need to get a 17/64 head. I prefer the Easton RPS points but there are several that will work.
