History Channels "Chasing Tail" looks like a Duck Dynasty rip off?

I will DVR but to me the previews look fairly jake.

Looks like a bunch of yahoos to me. In one scene they talk about hunting suburban deer, then in another they're talking about deer camp and how they're roughing it? Aye.

 

Idk about a DD rip off...but dont think its one Ill get excited over either. Ill watch it and see...

 

In New Jersey that all there are are Suburben deer. in Nj we can hunt within 150 ft from a home because the deer feel safe in back yards. so a acer of land can produce a nice buck on any givin day lol

 

How does this not appear to be a spin off of Duck Dynasty's success?

Duck Dynasty = good.

Chasing tail seems it will be gay.

 

If its half as staged as Duck Dynasty, I won't be watching it either.

 

What makes it seem like DD? I couldnt get the promo you posted to load so maybe Im missing something. The only simular thing I picked up from the add I seen was that they hunt. But, no game calls, no crazy family, no million dollar family business, no cry baby ceo, no kick *** ex college football player, not very redneck, not really in the country, no great cook, and the list goes on. I guess I see what you mean as using the success from one hunting group to try and fuel another hunting group. But from what I seen this is more serious and less funny, and less awesome (guessing) then DD.

 

Heard they are making a spin off of this show. It's trended towards the gay audience. It's a show about men hunting pigs called chasing sausage.

 

But no, seriously, the show looks dumb...

Couldn't all deer hunting shows be considered "reality" tv? What's so different about Chasing Tail?

It does look dumb from the previews i've seen...might be somewhat entertaining though

These guys are clowns but they sure do get some good properties to hunt.

 

Alright this show is annoying. The guys walk around everywhere in their camo, one of them even went up asking for permission and have his release on with all the camo. I think this show is a joke so far with very little chance of getting any better.

 

This show is a joke. smh. I'm dissapointed in you History Channel.

It seems like they shoot and get down right away to track the deer. Im just not liking the way these guys are putting off a bad vibe/name for hunters it seems like.
