I have an area that I can access by slipping into a waist high creek and walking down it about 200 yards or so into the thicket I want to hunt. It's quiet and works with the predominant wind well. The bow season in this area doesn't come in until December and runs through mid January. Any wader recommendations I'm looking for quick, quiet, and don't want to break the bank. Warm would be good as well, I have never had any need for them in the past so any input would help.

As avid duck hunter I suggest the cabelas brand waders. However, if your looking for cheap ****ens sporting good $20 and all you need is some comfort inserts.. I wear my $20 hip waders from ****s all the time, but they are not insulated.

My Cabela's chest waders have certainly come in handy a time or two. :)

I'd get chest waders for sure for the extra protection of deeper water than you expected. It doesnt get much worse than walking to your stand in the morning with wet clothing. I've had good luck with the LaCrosse brand neoprene waders.
