PTA here! I'm aspiring to be in law enforcement so I'm totally on board with the name. I am sad to say my scouting season is as big of a bust as my last 2 seasons on this farm. However, there's potential for the big boys to show themselves.
Team name and whatever image you come up with is fine. You guys have some nice bucks showing up on camera and that's quite the bear, Tom. I've gotten a few on camera this year, but nothing that big. I still feel like I'm way behind on my hunting to do list, whether that's from being busy or pure procrastination. Still need to move a stand and would like to buy a few more to hang before the season. I also need to head out to Ohio to hang some cameras and to get a better feel of the areas I've been checking out on Google Earth. The closer September gets, the less likely a Nebraska hunt will be. I've narrowed down one area, but that's all I've gotten around to doing. Plus I only have two weeks of vacation to work with and at least half of that will be for Ohio. I'll try to post up some trail camera pictures of the bucks on my families' PA property when I get time. I hope you guys are ready, the mornings are starting to feel like Fall.

My season opens the middle of September but unless things change on my cameras i wont hunt until the end of October.

I'll take a doe in the first couple of weeks in September. Still looking for that target buck for the year though.
Anyone scouting this weekend? I am heading up to run bear baits and check cameras. Hopefully my son can shoot one as soon as the season starts so I can concentrate on deer.
Tom, I am going to go scout and pull some cameras as well, I don't have much free time as I had because school just started, but I can make it work.
I have two sons that hunted when they were younger mostly wing (dove, duck and quail. Oldest will come into town and sit a tree. They grew up in the water and live at the beach with there families. Both are avid and very talented surfers and would rather be in the water than the woods unless its in the mountains. I am headed out this week to set cameras and cut lanes as needed. Like I said in an earlier post half the property has just been log and they are still clearing and cleaning. Can't wait for opening day.
