High country speed pro 2?

    looked on craigslist today and saw a HCA speed pro 2
    wondered if i should stay away from it like most HCA bows:)
    or should i take a look at it and shoot it??
    need help guys, its cheap!:nana:

    I'd stay away from it. IMHO there are much better choices.

    High Country had a few bows out that were intriguing around that time. They had made a conserted effort to get past their reputation for producing bows with quality issues and were making bows with a quality string manufacturer and Barnesdale limbs which are regarded the some of the best in the business. The Speed Pro 2 was a bow that had a harsh draw, but boasted impressive speed. That said I've never shot the bow myself, but if it is cheap enough it may be worth a look.
