A good friend of mine just bought this bow. He says it is last years model. I have been all over the web trying to find the specs on this bow, to no avail. Does anyone know a site I can visit that would have this information or does someone own this particular bow and can share some info on it? I have never owned/fired a High Country bow so I know nothing about them. Are they a 'good' bow, or are they a piece of junk? Lol. Thanks for any info.

I believe the power force series is an older model from before HCA was bought out (pre-2010).

Specs are damn near impossible to find for those older bows. I have a HCA Extreme (hunter I believe) that i've had for at least 10 years and I contacted HCA to get specs. They told me the simply don't have them for the older models.

As for being a good bow - mine is still doing great! The original string & cables are on there and still in great shape. Limbs and cams seem fine. I recently had it chrono'd and after some calculating, I figure the IBO speed was about 290 when it was new. I get about 250 fps with my current setup.

You could try HCA's forum for more info.
