hung my last set yesterday. now I think im ready. I will let these stand air out for a few days then Saturday it's on!
I'll be out this weekend but we are going from mid 60's temps to this week of all mid 70s with the coming weekend going to be around 80. Not to hopeful but you never know! I'll pull cards and see how the action has been.
going to rain tonight and tomorrow. going to be heading out Saturday morning and evening. can't wait to get in my new sets.
Very strange start to my season. All summer long got great pics of bucks and does all around my stand. The past 2 weekends I've had nothing closer than 100 yards. I think it has to do with the fact that the big bean field was cut the first week of October. Hopefully that the temps keep dropping and the pre-rut activities start. I went out yesterday morning and didn't see a single deer but I did see an unlucky coyote at 17 yards. I shot it with a rage and there was lots of blood. That built my confidents up. I wont be able to go out till next weekend.
