Let's see the ATL photo of the toughest find you have come across... This one here was probably the one that surprised me the most I actually found... Was in a 5ish acre out of service field that was matted down from the winter snow.
Most of my toughest finds, unfortunately, are little guys, and I tend to just grab them and keep moving. Looking back, there are a few of those that I should've stopped to take pictures of. Here are a few that probably needed the trained eye of a shed hunter. Your average still-hunter or small game hunter probably would've just trudged right by them. 142" 4x6 65" 4x side. One of my best sheds ever. It was actually more buried than that, as I had to pull it out initially to confirm that it really was an antler. I stuck it back down in the mud to reconstruct the ATL picture. Really great antler, 90% of the beam was completely submerged in swamp mud, with maybe only the top 3" of tines reaching above the grass and pine needle clutter. Unbelievable mass on this shed. 37" 4x side with an abnormally large brow tine 55" 4x side 53" 4x side Same as above
