Hello from Northern VA! Very new to bow hunting not new to hunting in general. I'm a pretty accomplish shooter with firearms, and have hunted for a long time. Just picked up a PSE Droptine XT at ****s Sporting Goods about 4-5 weeks ago, and been shooting it everyday. Last 5 weeks I've gone from barely hitting the bag to hitting a DIP can sized target at about 25 yards consistently. Took a couple days to learn about set up points and how to actually use the sites on my bow. Thought the bubble was just there to look cool, and had no idea the ring around the pin site meant something. I'm really stoked about going bow hunting for the first time. Do most of my hunting out in West VA in the Romney area. Anyway Look forward to learning a lot from you folks. Here is a picture of my gear.
Welcome I'm from NoVa as well. Glad to see some other northern Virginians around. I do most of my hunting in Fairfax and Loudoun.
