If anyone has any replacement screws or knows where I can get any please let me know!!! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
No reason to be sorry. Help someone who is trying to expand their knowledge... How old is this sight? Did HHA say ANYTHING? Find it hard to believe any accessory over $200 wouldn't be SS 316 or aluminum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's like 2 years old. I just don't understand why they sent it back with no explanation. Why did they have me send it in to begin with. I sent and email and haven't heard back yet. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
So, update... They called me and said there must have been a mix up and they want to fix it and can I send it back. I said I had no sight for a week and it cost me $36 to ship it to you last time. No thanks. They said they would pay the shipping and get it back next day air. So I reluctantly agreed. He said what size shirt do you wear I will send you a shirt. I say large. I ship it again, it comes back, looks like they replaced the rusty screw and sent me two hats? OK. So Looks like the did the right thing, after all my bitching. I just wished it didn't take so ling and the sent a shirt instead of hats.. I have way to many hats..
I've had my HHA slider since fall of 2015 and only had one incident. Back in May of this year I got caught in a horrible surprise storm at the fartherest place from the signup table at the 3D shoot. The spring looking thing the nut screws into that locks down or opens so you can adjust windage rusted and locked up and I couldn't turn it. I sprayed PB Blaster on it and it was working within 15 minutes and all rust was gone and has never come back. That was an expensive 3D. Only got in 9 of 25 targets and it was rained out and also ruined a release.
Well damn... just came home to 2 HHA shirts. What the hell. The take their customer service to a whole new level!!!!!! So that's 2 shirts and two hats and they replaced all parts on the sight. I'm blown away. HHA has a lifetime customer now. I think I may try their rest next. Anybody try it? Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
after i saw this, I checked out my HHA optimizer and I must have read something like this in the past since I dabbed some vasoline on the heads and they are still good to go
