my grandfather once took a whiz on a tree while hunting, and a few hours later a doe came by and started licking the tree, so no I am pretty sure it doesn't effect them. Adds a whole new prospect to salt licks too! Just remember baiting is illegal in some states
I once had to much to drink and peed in the closet. I dont think I seen any deer. Coincidence? I think not.
My father has a funnel rigged in the corner of his box blind with a garden hose running down the leg of the stand. The end is buried under ground like a sewer line from a house! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Ha these are great the more inappropriate the better. Hey BHOD crew what do you guys do? You're the ones I can actually believe are killing big bucks cause I've seen proof!
For me I usually go in a bottle or hold it. Used to go off the stand but like some said one deer would walk right by it and the next would run to the next county. I think it depends on a lot of circumstances. Like time of year. If a buck is on a hot doe trail he probably won't care but if he's just cruising he might either get mad and come in or smell that and really get alert then try and bust you. I have pissed in scrapes before and honestly see less activity afterwards than just spraying some tinks in it. But deer are different in every location. Depends on human pressure and then elements. I'd say don't go off your stand in less you have to but I'm no expert. I just would hate if a big boy was walking right to me and smelled something wrong and then not knowing of he smelled me or my urine at the base of the tree. Kinda like my insurance policy. Just allows me to sleep at night. :D
I wonder what the hosts do. Whatever Todd does I'm following that approach that guy puts down more big bucks in one season than I will in my whole life. As far as Justin I'll do the opposite he couldn't shoot a buck if it fell over dead from a heart attack 10 yards in front of him and he had a quiver full of arrows!
