Hey everyone my name is Jeremiah. I'm from West Virginia. I've been hunting for a few years now and I'm finally starting to take bow hunting seriously this year. I have a Browning Tornado that I bought from a friend and I've been researching reviews about different products but don't know exactly where to start. I was hoping to get a little push in the right direction. Any feedback would be awesome and I hope to be sharing stories with everyone very soon!!!!
Welcome to the site Jeremiah. What type of info are you looking for? We have a tecnical forum a whitetaile forum, traditional and just about anything else you need. We also have blogs which review products as well as hunting strategies, informational videos. Just poke around the site a bit, if you don't see what you need, ask specifically. One thing we aren't is mind readers.
Hey thanks guys. I'm just getting started and I'm going to be hunting whitetail. I've been looking around for reliable broadheads, arrows, and such. I know of most of the brands and equipment, I just have no experience with them. I'm just looking for any tips or advice for a beginner. I'm pumped up for bow season to start and I wanted to make sure I'm using good stuff.
Welcome to the site. Do you happen to know what the IBO speed is for your bow and what poundage you are shooting it at? This will help people give you a recommendation for arrows/broadheads. I personally am a fixed blade broadhead and love the slick trick broadheads. I haven't heard of anything negative about them, just a lot of good things from a lot of different users. As most have recommended, read through a bunch of different threads on here and try to soak up as much info as you can. If there are any specific things you are looking for try using the search button on here, and if you can't find the answers you are looking for just ask away.
