HEY HANK did I read that you arent making venison sammiches this year...say it aint so

 

Oh don't get him started. I hear him complain about it every time we talk! LOL Thankfully we will have yours and Dawg's goodies!

 

I guess I am going to have to get ahold of more venison.

 

Sure if you ask on here people will be happy to bring some. Do you need to prep it all at home first or can you do it at camp?

 

we'll see how it goes. I'm not staying there thur, and Fri won't work so maybe Sat? I just don't wanna be makin another 50 sandwiches like last yr.

I would like it to be marinating before I leave home and all trimmed up so I will see what I can get my hands on here.

 

I would also be the same way with mine. I like to wrap them and marinade for at least 24 hours.

 

I guess I will say this. If you all would like to bring some meat I can toss in the marinade for Saturday night. It will be without Bacon on it but will still be same marinade. We can do steaks that way for those staying Saturday night.

You need to take that up with him. We have a meeting friday night that Hank & I will be at so making them that night is tough and I know last year he spent a ton on all he stuff for them and didn't even come close to breaking even so think he doesn't want to bother with it this year.
