    I'm from Oklahoma. I was hunting with a Bear whitetail compound until an unfortunate tree stand incedent.... Came out of the clip while lowering it down and dropped 15 feet to the ground. Now it wont shoot straight at all. Was my dads bow which totally sucks. Now starting all over....

    Welcome to the forum. Lots of experienced people here. I have learned a lot- old dog, new tricks.
    I have the same bow- bought used about 40 years ago. Shooting LH now as my shoulder can't take the 50% let-off. Your bow has a lot of sentimental value. Check with an archery shop to look at it and see what needs to be done to get it back into action. Or retire it and get a new bow.

    Looking for someone around here that will work on the older bows! Bought a cheap crossbow to get me by but sure missing the compounds!
