    I can say with 100% certainty the members (plural) who did that on my team (not last season) both know exactly how to score deer and let's just say they are both very long-term members of this forum.

    We had 3 bucks and 1 doe shared on our team thread last season but never entered in the scoring thread. One member, who killed one of the bucks, even started his own thread in the bowhunting section sharing pics and a video of the buck but still never entered it the scoring thread. I went back through his older posts and seen that he did the exact same thing in the previous season and shot a buck and never entered that buck either.

    That is ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense to not enter your kills. Especially multiple years.

    Perhaps he thought by sharing it in the team thread that that was the way of "entering' into said contest...

    As of right now, that is how I would think I would enter it...at least at first. Until someone tells me otherwise, in which case then I would correct it.

    I went back to that team thread and read some of the posts. That is just demoralizing to have that many ppl not post their points. All I can say is that sucked.

    2 of the members were told multiple times by different people to enter them in the scoring thread, 1 of them never even came back to the forum after posting pictures. I think the 3rd. member just forgot to enter his buck as he was active in the team thread throughout the rest of the contest. No one reminded him because by then it was a lost cause.

    I am still really new here and already enjoy it.
    And the little that I have seen from Germ, I got to give him credit...he sticks around, keeps chiming in, and for the most part keeps the discussions civil.
