I know I asked this before but how do you put multiple pictures together and then get them to play sort of like a short video? I have a bunch of pictures from a trailcam last year that would be cool (maybe) if viewed that way. I thought I ask on the forum in case some other tech-challenge person also would find this info helpful.
There are two ways to do it. 1- With video editing software. I've been using Windows Live Movie Maker to make slide shows to post through YouTube. You can import photos right into the program then edit how long each slide runs. Pretty sure you can do this with just about any editing software. 2- Comparison gif . I've also made & posted a few sequences or comparisons by creating an animated gif that loops. I make mine in Photoshop CS4. There are however, websites out there that can do it for you for free. Once you have the file, I upload it to Photobucket just like any other photo I post. I'll track down a gif making site and post it up.
Here's a couple: Make A Gif - Animated Gifs Maker, Free Gif Creator Online Gickr.com - Best gif maker, make a gif in 2 seconds - upload pictures or get images from Flickr Picasion GIF maker - Create GIF animations online - Make an Animated GIF
There are about 50 pictures. The second two gif makers only allow four pics and the first one allows 20. But when I tried that one I think I killed it.
50... You'll be better off with the video editing software. That many images will take forever to load in a browser as a gif.
Crick, I gave up for now. It's nothing too exciting, just the same buck really working a scrape. It would be sorta neat in a fast slideshow. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
I think photobucket has a slideshow feature. Just upload to a separate album and one of the share options is a slideshow link. Not sure if you can adjust the timing though.
I did get the windows movie maker to work a bit but the time of each picture was still too long and I didn't resize the photos first. oops. So I tried to resize them and then my computer crashed. I think it's God's way (or Bill Gates?) way of telling me to focus on packing the truck and trailer up. Right now, I'm back in the house because I just dropped a metal box of metal doodads on my toe. (Some tool and die stuff of Kendall's) My toe immediately turned blue and purple yet strangely doesn't hurt much. Hmmm....
Yet! You should be able to change the default duration... Go to Tools: Options: Advanced, Default Durations. -Bill
Wow, my toe is really unhappy now. anyhow.. I hope this works:
My toe hurts too. I got pissed off and kicked a pipe wrench (man sized one) . Anyway... funny this came up. I've been thinking about making a hunting season CD. I have a bunch of pictures and videos from last. Anything from hanging stands , practice shooting, hunting, processing deer, etc... Thought it would be cool to make a CD in chronological order sort of from the entire season with background music. Any recomendations? Windows movie maker work or should I look into something else?
