    I grew up watching .. Andre Dawson... and Ryne Sandberg.

    Til this day they are still my 2 favorite ball players of all time. They never said much.. never boasted.. just went out and did their job.. and did it well.

    Til this day I still mimick (sp?) old 'Hawks' famous batting stance. :D

    And I'll argue with any man about Andre's arm.. he had an absolute cannon. He threw out many a guy running home in his day.

    Well deserved.. and its about time.

    Yes he did. He was one of my favorites as a kid, too.
