Hi, everyone. My name is Adam and I'm pretty new to bowhunting. This will be my second year hunting and I loved my first year and can't wait for this season to start. Although I do have much less time with a full time job n college lol. But anyway last year I hunted with my uncles parker tornado(crossbow) and harvested 2 doe and I bought a cva Optima and harvested 4 more. With the help of my uncle I think I had a pretty good season. But this year I want to try a compound bow, Ive been practicing alot and grouping my arrows very well. I'm using my Uncles Matthews SQ2 I believe. He has it all set up and we are zeroing it in everyday to make it the perfect bow. I have it set at 70 or 75 lbs and feels great. I hunt right behind a golf course and see tons of does, but this year I'm going to wait for that big buck. I'd love to get tips n trick on anything. Maybe even likes or dislikes about stands vs. blinds. I love the outdoors and like this website even though I'm new to it. But thanks for reading and hope to talk to everyone soon!

Thanks everyone again, I'm setting up a new stand tomorrow in a spot I never hunted I also bought a bin of sugar beets, and I'm going to throw some vanilla extract on top to draw them in. this will be the first time hunting out of a hanging stand I usually hunt out of my ladder stand but well see how this goes. 6 days!
