The game is on 5 days, I am going to a Birthday party for my son's friend. They are all buckeye fans. I bought them all fake tatoos to hand out this year. Being I took a beating last year at that party. I still say the game is 50/50 because of OSU defense. At least the game should be competitive, which is all any fan could ask for IMO.
It should be interesting, that's for sure. Lots of storylines for this matchup.I think it goes one of two ways... A close fought game with OSU winning, or a 14+ point win by UM. I could see it going 50/50 either direction.
Gents, it pains me to say it... but if Michigan doesn't beat the living snot of us this year, there's a real problem. I know we've had some tight one's and we definitely have some W's that still baffle me... but let's be logical here; UM is on a roll. They're riding the high of a new coach (ie- new hope) AND they're at home. tOSU is in shambles (temporarily).... and "throw out the records" just doesn't apply in my mind, rivalry or not. Maybe there will be a "win one for the Gipper" mentality... but unless this D learns how to wrap people up and take them down in the open field in the next 5 days, I don't see this being a very competitive game.
I will be at the game saturday, hoping ill remember it (haha) and i have faith that my team will finally take down OSU. 8 years straight will not happen. A win my freshman year would be awesome. The student are going to be pumped up after the win last week, our basketball team just beating memphis and us having most the week off. Go Blue
Cooper was undefeated against UM at Arizona before he came to C-bus.... We all know how that turned out.
Carr drove a mini-cooper. Carr owned a few coaches. JoePa was his *****. Tressel beat Carr like a red headed step child.
I have a inside source that says the REAL announcement is scheduled for half-time of tOSU-Duke basketball game, next Tues or Weds... we'll see.
