Great pics. What kind of camera are you using? Homebrew?

I confess. I build camera traps and custom accessories for professional photographers. My testing area is in my backyard. I throw a little cracked corn on the ground and the wild inhabitants come out to party. In these photos the camera is either a Canon 450D or a 400D with a 10-22mm wide angle lens mounted in a custom weatherproof enclosure. Lighting is provided by three Nikon speedlights also mounted in weatherproof enclosures. Motion is detected by a TrailMaster passive infrared motion detector. The initial setup is time consuming but when you get everything right it makes good pictures.

It is actually not an albino. The game and parks guy said a white one happens about one out of 200.

Yes, these were taken with a Canon Rebel XSi in a weatherproof housing and three Nikon flash units.

Here are a few more from the last few nights in the back yard.

The camera is a Canon XSi in a weatherproof housing, a Canon 10-22mm wide angle lens, three Nikon flash units and a TRLcam.com X-Band motion trail monitor to trip the camera shutter.
